ACUPUNCTURE

The origins of acupuncture in China can be traced back at least 2000 years, making it one of the oldest and most long-standing health care systems in the world. Acupuncture is an effective, natural and increasingly popular form of health care.

Acupuncture takes a holistic approach to understanding the normal function and disease processes and focuses as much on the prevention of illness as on the treatment.

KINESIOLOGY

Kinesiology uses muscle checking to assess a person ability to adapt appropriately and identify issues where this isn’t happening. Kinesiology and Neuro-Training has many different ways of training the brain to not go into defence mode (distress). Stress is never the real issue; it’s our reactions to the stress that causes us the biggest problems in life. There are different types of defence and stress: physical, emotional, mental, meridian and even genetic all ranging from minor to major patterns.

REFLEXOLOGY

What is reflexology?

Reflexology is a holistic, non invasive modality which complements other therapies and modern medicine from conception to aged care. Reflexology is the application of pressure to the areas of the feet, hands, face and ears.

How does it work?

Reflexology stimulates the circulation to restore energy flow which helps clear blockages which may have occurred due to stress, toxins, illness, emotions and injury. Reflexology has been part of human life for over 3000 years and is once again becoming part of health care systems around the world.
